Kundalini Activation
Kundalini Activation is an activation of your own life force energy known as prana or life force, it's a transmission of energy. The transmission helps to gently awaken your consciousness, ignites your truth, helps to release what was never yours to carry. The session may help you find your inner calling, power and truth. You don't need to do anything other than lay down in a comfortable position on your mat. A specially designed soundscape playlist is played throughout the session it is designed to take you on a beautiful yet powerful and inward journey. I use a mixture of healing instruments to enhance your experience.
